Final Winner Announced

Boston Children's Hospital, Duke Health and National Family Voices for Caremap

The team will receive a $130,000 cash prize.

Caremap is a software solution that helps families of CSHCN coordinate the care their children receive from a variety of health care professionals, including medical, behavioral, social, educational, and developmental specialists. The patient-facing mobile-app leverages open standards and has an associated Clinician Dashboard enabling communication with care team members across settings and over time.

Four Phase 2 Winners Selected September 2019:

The winning innovations are technology-based solutions to help families of Children with Special Health Care Needs (CSHCN) coordinate the care their children receive from a variety of health care professionals and specialists. 

Each team won a share of a $145,000 prize.

Teams will now continue to Phase 3 to test their proposed interventions on a larger scale. One team will be chosen by 2021 to win a grand prize of up to $130,000.
