Through a panel of Expert Advisors and Federal Judges, the Challenge has a diverse group of engaging leaders in the field with expertise in food insecurity, poverty, community interventions, pediatric healthcare, including children and youth with special health care needs, mobile health technologies, community resiliency, and health informatics. These leaders provide guidance for all aspects of the Challenge, including conceptualization of phases and the development of submission requirements and review criteria. Expert Advisors will review and score proposal submissions as well as provide mentoring to Phase 1 winners. The Challenge’s Federal Judges will make all final decisions regarding the winners of each phase.
